This is the classic drink that most people order at coffee shops because its hella delicious! The milk really brings out the flavor of the espresso! Here’s what you need to know about a latte!

So how do we make one?!

Okay ladies & gents! Let’s get our latte going!

Grab your BRCC AK espresso (grab it here)

Grind your beans, tamp your grounds in your filter and brew two shots of espresso. Get your milk ready and start to froth your milk!

for latte, the milk to foam ration is 85% steamed milk, 15% milk foam

Prep your mug by pouring in your espresso shots, then your milk and top with the milk foam

Drink and enjoy your latte either at home or next time you are at a coffee shop!

Ingredients for a Latte:

  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 8 oz of milk (you choose you milk– whole, fat-free, soy, almond, coconut)
