have you ever put espresso in your smoothie?
So let’s pump up the volume on your typical smoothie!
Chunky Monkey Smoothie:
- 2 shots of espresso (AK-47 buy here)
- 2 tablespoons of combat cocoa
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 banana
- 8 oz of milk
- handful of ice
- in a blender place your sliced banana, ice, milk and prep your shots of espresso
- pull your espresso and pour into your blender
- next, in a separate bowl, mix together your combat cocoa and water to form a chocolate sauce and scoop in to the blender as well
- puree the mixture in your blender until very smooth
- place in a big glass and top with banana and a sprinkle of combat cocoa
- drink and enjoy your power packed smoothie!
