espresso protein shake
- 1 serving of chocolate protein powder (buy here)
- 8 oz of water
- 2 shots of espresso (the best espresso)
- handful of ice
- grab your protein powder, water and ice and blend in a blender until a frothy texture forms and the ice is now incorporated into the shake
- pull your shots
- pour your shake in a glass and then pour your shots over your shake
- stir to gently swirl in the espresso
- drink and enjoy!
